CINNAMON ESSENTIAL OIL

Cinnamon Essential Oil is considered a broad spectrum anti-bacterial and anti-fungal oil. This warm, spicy musky smell essential oil has great value in aromatherapy and it fights exhaustion, a feeling of depression and weakness. It has powerful anti rheumatic properties, whilst fighting colds and flu as well. Cinnamon Essential Oil's benefit lies in its toning and calming effect on the respiratory tract, the nervous system, as well as period pains.

Note: Cinnamon Essential Oil is not to be used on its own, it has to be added to a base oil at 10%. Do not use when pregnant, or on children under the age of six years. Also, do not use cinnamon oil if you are on blood thinning medications.
